Only if you meet the following criteria can you employ a caregiver through this program:
- You've located a caregiver who already has a Live-in Caregiver Program work permit and is seeking a new job
- You've been accepted for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) that confirms the caregiver has agreed to live in your house.
