Under this category, requests for an expedited appointment must include the traveler's actual job description and the nature of the employer's activities in the United States.
11. Executive direction in support of Critical Infrastructure Sectors, defined by the Department of Homeland Security, or supply chains directly linked to Critical Infrastructure Sectors. Chemical, commercial facilities, communications, critical manufacturing, dams, defense industrial base, emergency services, energy, financial services, food and agriculture, government facilities, healthcare and public health, information technology, nuclear reactors, transportation, and water/wastewater systems are some of the sectors that have been designated.
