Applicants for postal applications must mail their application along with all needed supporting documentation. Our courier firm, DX courier, will deliver to the mailing address specified on the forms once processing is completed.
There is no need to send self-addressed envelope with your application.

Can My Friend Collect My Passport On My Behalf?
The person who will be submitting and collecting your visa or passport application on your behalf should bring your appointment slip to submit and a collection slip to collect to our Highgate office. They should also have their identification and a note of authority with his or her name on it.
When submitting your application online, you can download and print a copy of the third-party authorization letter. If you have already filed your application, we recommend that you draft your own third-party authorization letter for the individual who will be submitting/collecting on your behalf.
