We advocate social justice and equity at Manhattanville. Our opportunity grant programs encourage students who wish to lead and serve others and students who face severe financial obstacles in pursuing a college degree.

Sister Mary T. Clark Community Service Award Program

Sister Mary T. Clark Community Service Award Program participants complete 30 hours each semester and present their service-learning experiences. Students who want to engage in this program will be awarded a $2,000 annual scholarship. You can get more information here.

Manhattanville First-Generation Award Program

According to Manhattanville College, A first-generation student is someone whose parents did not earn a four-year college degree. These first-year, first-time college students will receive a $2,000 annual scholarship if they agree to engage in the MELVILLE FIRST college success program, promoting first-year student involvement in student life, career services, advising, and mentorship. Manhattanville Achievement Program

The Manhattanville Achievement Program allows students from low-income families to live on the Manhattanville College campus and engage in full-time, degree-seeking classes without incurring considerable financial hardship. This scholarship program guarantees a low cost of education while also providing a wide range of academic, personal, and career counseling services.

Westchester Community College Half Tuition Scholarship Program

Students who earn an Associate's degree from Westchester Community College will automatically be given a half-tuition scholarship to Manhattanville College.

Valiant Legacy Award

We are thrilled to provide students whose parent, sibling, or grandparent is a Manhattanville College alum a $2,000 annual stipend to assist their studies, thanks to the generosity of Manhattanville College Alumni. The grant is available to full-time, first-year, or transfer students pursuing a degree.

Sacred Heart Scholarship

First-time, first-year students who graduate from a school founded by the Sacred Heart order will get a half-tuition stipend. List of Eligible Schools.

Professional Development Schools Scholarship

Students who graduate from a Manhattanville College School of Education-affiliated school district will get a half-tuition grant. Students must be in good academic standing and attend high school in the Bedford, Elmsford, Greenburgh, New Rochelle, Peekskill, Ossining, or White Plains school districts.
